Executive Brand Leadership Program

If Your Brand Is Costing You Momentum, It’s Time for a Reset.

When your message is unclear, your team improvises, your marketing works overtime, and your customers miss the value right in front of them.

The Executive Brand Leadership Program identifies what is slowing the brand down, then resets the positioning, messaging, and execution standards required to move forward with clarity.

Your Brand Is Either Building Momentum or Blocking It.

You have the product. You have the team. You’ve put in the work. So, why do you feel stuck in 2nd gear?

When the value you bring is unclear, the message is inconsistent, or the brand only works when you are personally translating it, the whole system suffers.

Sales conversations drag on, and getting to yes takes far longer than it should. Marketing costs more. The whole process starts feeling like way too much of a forced effort.

That is not just frustrating. It is expensive.

Working with businesses across industries, I get sick of seeing the same struggle repeat:

  • The leader has conviction; the business has traction; but, the brand isn’t showing up or scaling consistently.
  • You come to the market with outright awesome products and services yet people just don’t get it.
  • You put a ridiculous amount of time and effort into building your business, only to hit a point where you’re seeing a junk return on your ROI.
  • Google and Facebook are eating your ad budget alive while the brand work that would make every dollar perform better gets pushed to the back burner.
  • And, countless companies promising you leads are just burning resources that should be going into your team, development, your customer experience, and you climbing to your next level.

Meanwhile, your brand is getting ignored.
This happens when your brand isn’t clearly communicating your value to the people who would otherwise be glad to pay you for it.

Instead, you end up paying to compensate. You spend more to be seen. You work harder to be understood. You keep explaining what should be obvious.

This isn’t just wasted time.  If it’s not moving you forward, it’s setting you back.

This needs to STOP.

You deserve better. Your team deserves better. And, quite frankly, your customers do too.

If you truly believe in what you have to offer, you owe it to the world to market it well.

Building a brand that shows up with clarity and conviction is key to your message being heard loud and clear.

Breathe New Life Into Your Brand.

This program is meant to be a brand reset.

Our aim is to bring new life back into your leadership, team, and your revenue. I work with established business owners who are done with generic messaging, inconsistent execution, and a brand that only works when you’re the one carrying it.

This reset tightens your positioning, sharpens your message, and rebuilds the leadership language your team needs so the business communicates with clarity and operates with consistency.

You’re not signing up for inspiration or a cosmetic rebrand. You’re getting a strategic reset built on conviction and standards, so your brand becomes easier to lead, easier to market, and easier to scale without compromising what you believe or how you run your company.

Who We Work With

Our best work is with legacy-minded brands intent on making a greater impact in the world. As a Christian Entrepreneur, I uphold a commitment to operating with the highest standards and hold my clients to the same.  Kingdom impact is core to my own life mission.  I want my own work to be known for loving God and loving people.  While I don’t limit my work to companies that adhere to my beliefs, I do not work with those promoting what conflicts with them.

To those committed to building not just a brand, but a business that moves markets while making the world a better place for us all, let’s get to work.

Inside the Executive Brand Leadership Program

The Executive Brand Leadership Program is a structured brand revival delivered in two parts:

01.

Calibration

We start off with an in depth analysis into your brand to discover what is and isn’t working for you. We then develop a strategy to bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to go.

The Alignment Intensive is the first step to diagnose what’s misfiring and lock the direction of your rebrand.

02.

Activation

The biggest cause of rebrand failure happens when a well-crafted strategy falls flat in activation.

This program offers ongoing executive support to implement the reset across your messaging, offers, and customer experience.

In the Intensive, we audit your positioning, language, and brand experience, then define the standards your organization will use to communicate and execute with consistency.

In the support phase, we translate those standards into real-world application: leadership language, team-facing guidance, and the messaging assets you need so your brand equity compounds across teams, channels, and touchpoints.

Investment

These are starting points because scope scales with organizational complexity (stakeholders, offers, departments, locations, touchpoints, and special conditions like franchises or M&A), not with your revenue.

My commitment is to honoring every client I serve. You will not get hit with surprise billing. The true scope of your project, along with all terms and fees, will be discussed and formally agreed upon before a single invoice is sent.

Guarantee

The Alignment Intensive is the heavy lift and is paid in full to commence the program. Within the first 30 days, if you complete onboarding and you do not have clearer direction and forward motion, you may choose to exit.

If you exit at that point, you have two options:
  1. Keep the Intensive deliverables (no refund), or
  2. Receive a refund for the Alignment Intensive (deliverables are not released and all working documents remain the property of The Brand Revivalist).

To keep this clean, Intensive deliverables are released only after a scheduled Review + Approval Call (90–120 minutes, online or in-person for select clients). During that call, we review the assets together and you either approve them for release or choose to exit under the terms above.

Cancellation (Ongoing Support)
If at any point you are dissatisfied with the ongoing support, you may cancel future billing with written notice at least 14 days before your next billing date. Any work approved in writing, delivered, or implemented is considered earned. Refunds are issued only for work that is explicitly rejected in writing and not put into use.

Executive Brand Leadership Program FAQ Schema

Executive Brand Leadership FAQs

How much time will this program require from me? +
Expect a focused onboarding process, then monthly calls and paced implementation. Most clients dedicate about 4–5 hours per month for meetings, approvals, and key decisions. We honor busy schedules and keep the process efficient, but this is still executive-level work and it requires leadership attention to move well.
What makes this program different from other branding courses? +
Most branding courses stay in theory or stop at surface-level messaging. This program is built to translate brand direction into leadership language, standards, and real implementation so your organization can communicate and execute with consistency across teams and touchpoints.
I’ve tried similar offerings in the past and they didn’t work for us. How can I trust this will be different? +
Skepticism is fair. This program is structured around diagnosis, decisions, and implementation support, not generic templates. We define what’s missing, lock direction, and support execution so the work doesn’t stall or drift. You also have a clear guarantee and review process so expectations are defined early.
What kind of outcomes can I expect from participating in this program? +
Clients typically gain clearer positioning and cleaner messaging, stronger internal alignment, and more consistent execution across key touchpoints. The goal is a brand your organization can carry with consistency, which supports trust, retention, and revenue performance over time.
Is this investment really worth it for my business? +
If you’re leading an established business where reputation and consistency matter, misalignment is expensive. This is a brand revival built to protect what you’ve built and improve performance through clarity, standards, and implementation support. The return is not only revenue; it’s reduced rework, faster decisions, and a brand that holds up at scale.
How do I know if this program is right for me? +
This is for established leaders and executive teams who want a brand that holds up across teams, channels, and customer touchpoints. If you’re scaling, expanding, or tightening execution and you need clear positioning, clean language, and enforceable standards, you’re in the right place.
Can I receive ongoing support after the program ends? +
Yes. Many clients continue with advisory support after the initial term, depending on what your organization needs next. Options are discussed near the end of your engagement so you can decide based on scope and priorities.
