Hi.
I'm LaTricia.
I Build Brands.

In the years I’ve spent working with numerous entrepreneurs and leaders across a broad spectrum of industries, the most common challenge I see among them is the struggle to communicate their incredible value with those who need and want it the most.

The clients I work with are already coming to the market with incredible products and services. They know they have a world full of awesome to offer. I want to make sure it doesn’t get missed.

You’re Not Here to Play Small. Neither Am I.

Uncomplicating Growth

We all know, “spray-and-pray” marketing has a crap ROI. You can’t show up to the market with vanilla messaging and expect it to strike a chord in the consumer. The same absolutely goes for visuals that look remarkably like every other competitor in your niche.

What makes you different?
Why on earth should they pick you over oh-so-many choices?

In a time when it’s never been easier to launch a business, consumers expect the real players to show up at another level. Developing your unique brand identity well is a non-negotiable for businesses looking to scale and take new territory.

You can elevate your ad spend and try to play the numbers game. It might work for you.

Personally, I’m glad I found a better way—one that doesn’t involve cold calling, list buying, or ridiculous margins for ad spend. Instead, it relies on leverage.

This leverage is how we move mountains.

About LaTricia Morris Strategic Brand Expert.

Rooted in Strategy.
Refined by Experience.

Some have it handed on a silver platter. I found my edge in the trenches.

I launched my agency from the ground up with less than $400 in startup funds, a crap-ton of desperation, and straight up tenacity.

Ox & Iron started as a graphic design agency offering web design, logos, and print and digital asset design.

It made sense.

From Adobe’s 2013 launch of the Creative Cloud, I’d been learning the software while simultaneously absorbing all I could on business from some of the top minds on entrepreneurship.

I didn’t have investors, mentors, or a safety net.
I had work ethic, raw skill, and zero intention of staying stuck.

That launch served as the catalyst to me finding my stride in the work I do now and genuinely love.

Why I'm all about

Bespoke Branding

Branding is the substance of your company.

It’s what people say about it when you’re not in the room.

Truly bespoke branding has the power to ignite entire teams behind a mission. It shows up in conviction, commitment, and impeccable execution as your team shows up as a collective force. It gives your company a distinct voice while positioning your company prominently within your niche. It brings clarity while helping to guide and streamline key decisions for your company.

This isn’t the kind of work you slap together in Canva over the weekend.

This is the deep work that lays the groundwork for building something truly substantial with much to be proud of.

What I Bring
to the Table

If you’re trusting someone to touch your brand — the thing you’ve poured your energy, conviction, and reputation into — it better not be someone who just makes things “pretty.”

Certified Brand Master

Trained under Stephen Houraghan of Brand Master Academy. Formal certification in brand strategy, including brand architecture, positioning, archetypes, and audience mapping.

Academic Foundation

Graduated Magna Cum Laude in Paralegal Studies (2008), specializing in business law, intellectual property, and real estate. Years of drafting and managing contracts gave me precision in structure and positioning, and instilled a discipline for details that now strengthens my approach to branding.

Entrepreneurship

Grew a full-service branding agency from a <$400 bootstrap startup into a company serving entrepreneurs and legacy businesses. This firsthand journey informs the strategies I create for growth-minded leaders.

Creative Expertise

Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other design platforms. This blend of strategy and design enables me to bring brand vision through to execution, not just theory.

Continued Learning

Since stepping away from legal work, I’ve expanded my business expertise through advanced courses, coaching, and continuous study under top minds in branding, marketing, and entrepreneurship. This ongoing investment sharpens my ability to guide clients with both proven foundations and forward-focused insight.

Faith-Driven Vision

Rooted in Kingdom values, I bring discernment, clarity, and conviction into every project; never preachy, but always grounded in principles that elevate leaders beyond the trend cycle.

Like Design but Deeper

While I love design purely for the art of it, I have personal convictions against giving my clients work that looks great and says nothing.

Every business needs a strong anchor and a true North Star, yet in nearly every consulting session I’ve led, they’re both missing.

Most leaders can tell you what they sell. Few can bridge the gap in clarifying why that matters to the consumer.

Branding matters.

Brand development and strategy is where we uncover who your brand is, who it’s for, and how it’s meant to connect with the world around you. As we break through the layers, we’re better able to communicate your incredible value to those who truly need and want what you have to offer through compelling copy and dang good design.

Building for
Generational Impact.

I’m not here to build up my name.

I’m here to help you lead with yours, clearly, confidently, and unapologetically.

This isn’t about playing the algorithm or chasing trends.

This is about long-haul vision, generational impact, and a brand that backs your mission full force.

Let’s ditch the chaos, clarify your message, and build greater impact into your legacy.

Two Brands in Tandem

The Brand Revivalist

This is my personal brand and the strategy seat of my work. It’s where I partner directly with founders and executives to refine positioning, unlock clarity, and guide brand-defining decisions through coaching and advisory.

Brand Strategy FAQ Schema

Strategic Brand Development FAQs

What is strategic brand development? +
Strategic brand development is the systematic process of creating a comprehensive brand foundation that includes positioning, messaging, visual identity, and implementation guidelines. It helps businesses differentiate in their market, communicate their unique value clearly, and create consistent experiences that drive customer loyalty and business growth.
How do I know if I need brand strategy work? +
You likely need brand strategy if your team struggles to explain what makes you different, your marketing feels scattered across platforms, you're experiencing growth but losing brand consistency, or you're expanding into new markets and need clearer positioning. Companies going through mergers, leadership transitions, or franchise expansion especially benefit from strategic brand alignment.
What's the difference between rebranding and brand refresh? +
A brand refresh updates existing visual elements and messaging to stay current while keeping core brand identity intact. Rebranding involves fundamental changes to positioning, target audience, or brand strategy - typically needed during major business pivots, mergers, or significant market shifts. Both require strategic planning but rebranding is more comprehensive.
How long does brand strategy development take? +
Strategic brand development typically takes 8-12 weeks depending on company complexity, stakeholder involvement, and project scope. This includes discovery and research phase, strategy development, visual identity creation, messaging framework, and implementation guidelines. Timeline can be accelerated for urgent business needs.
Do you work with startups or established businesses? +
I primarily work with established businesses that have proven their concept and are ready to scale strategically. This includes companies experiencing growth, franchises, multi-location operations, and businesses going through transitions. Startups are considered if they have clear market validation and are committed to long-term brand building.
What industries do you specialize in? +
I work across industries but have extensive experience with gyms, athletics, sports, martial arts, home service businesses, commercial service companies, and B2B operations. The common thread isn't industry - it's working with driven businesses ready to roll up their sleeves and get to work. I'm not here to coddle; I work best with leaders who want real results and are committed to doing what it takes.
What's included in a complete brand strategy project? +
A complete brand strategy project includes market research and positioning analysis, brand messaging framework and voice development, competitive differentiation strategy, target audience profiling, and strategic recommendations with implementation roadmap. This is the strategic foundation work. My comprehensive branding packages include visual identity, website messaging, marketing templates, and brand training on top of the strategy foundation.
Can you help with brand implementation across multiple locations? +
Yes, multi-location brand consistency is a specialty. I develop scalable brand systems with detailed guidelines, template libraries, and training programs that ensure consistent execution across franchises, corporate locations, or distributed teams. This includes quality control processes and ongoing support during rollout phases.
Do you provide ongoing brand support after the initial project? +
Yes, I offer ongoing brand coaching, quarterly strategy reviews, team training sessions, and expansion support for growing companies. Many clients benefit from periodic brand audits to ensure consistency as they scale, enter new markets, or integrate acquisitions. Support packages are customized based on business needs and growth trajectory.
What makes your approach different from other brand strategists? +
My approach combines strategic brand development with operational implementation expertise. I work specifically with mission-driven leaders building legacy brands, not just short-term marketing campaigns. My background includes business law and real estate, giving me unique insight into scaling challenges, legal considerations, and long-term brand protection. I continue a self-driven pursuit of wisdom from top minds in business and branding around the globe. I don't just look at branding from a compartmentalized perspective - I look at how I can help your brand stand out in every facet of how you do business.
