What does Ezer mean?
Ezer is a Hebrew word that means help, aid, and strength.At Ezer Arising, it reflects the strength of a woman who is willing to take seriously the life, gifts, and vision God has entrusted to her. It’s a reminder that service, leadership, family, work, faith, and purpose don’t have to be competing forces when they’re held with wisdom and intention.

You may be leading in business, at work, in ministry, at home, or in your community, and carrying a vision you just haven't yet known how to bring forward.

You don't need to have it all figured out or arrive with a finished plan. If you're willing to honestly examine where you are, what has kept you there, and what needs to change for you to move forward, this room is for you.

  • Hold the tension well: Think more honestly about leadership, motherhood, business, relationships, service, and the real tension of trying to hold all of them well.
  • Leave with a next step: Identify one practical action, decision, boundary, or conversation you can carry home so the day doesn’t become another experience that moves you emotionally but changes nothing practically.

More About the Speakers

Kritcia Rivera
Kritcia Rivera and her husband founded WEPA! for Jesus, a 501(c)(3) ministry that goes into the community with home-cooked meals, live support, and the gospel. Her work is rooted in seeing a real need and responding with compassion, faith, and action.

Kritcia will open Ezer Arising with a conversation about service, purpose, and what happens when women stop waiting for ideal circumstances and begin using what they have access to now.

Ashleigh Dobbs
Ashleigh brings a deep background in both ministry and business. She previously served on staff at LCBC, and she now leads Business Development for one of Lancaster’s top home restoration companies.

Her session will speak to women navigating the real demands of leadership and professional growth, while remaining grounded in conviction, faith, and responsibility.

LaTricia Morris
LaTricia Morris is The Brand Revivalist®, a Certified Brand Master, the author of Brand Power Moves, and the Founder/CEO of Ox & Iron. Through her work, she helps people find the language, positioning, and clarity to communicate what they carry with confidence.

LaTricia’s work is rooted in the connection between identity and communication. How a woman sees herself shapes how she speaks, leads, makes decisions, and shows up in the rooms that matter.

In this session, women will identify where they may be minimizing themselves, over-explaining, shrinking back, or waiting for permission and begin developing the clarity to communicate, decide, and lead with greater conviction.

Is this event only for business owners?

No. Ezer Arising includes business and leadership conversations, but it’s for women who want to lead their lives with greater clarity and intention. You may own a business, lead within an organization, serve in ministry, raise a family, volunteer in your community, or simply know that it’s time to take your own growth more seriously.

Yes. Ezer Arising is grounded in a Christian worldview, and conversations throughout the day will include faith, purpose, stewardship, family, leadership, and legacy. Women who are open to that conversation are welcome.

No. Motherhood and marriage are important parts of the conversation because they shape the lives and decisions of many women, but Ezer Arising is for leading women in every season and circumstance.

Bring a notebook, an open mind, and a willingness to be honest about what needs to change. You’ll receive [event workbook / materials] to help you reflect on the day and create a practical next step.

Business casual, with a polished touch. This isn’t a ballroom event, so there’s no need for formalwear, but we’d love for you to come looking and feeling your best.Think elevated and comfortable: a favorite dress, tailored trousers, a blouse, a blazer, polished denim, or whatever makes you feel confident, put together, and ready for the day.

No. We are unable to provide childcare for this event. While we love children and generally welcome their presence, we do want to keep this time free of distractions and afford every woman joining us the opportunity to get the most out of this summit.
