Remote brand intensives typically take 2-3 weeks from kickoff to final report delivery. On-site stakeholder intensives require 1-2 days of interviews plus 2-3 weeks for analysis and report development. Rush timelines possible with full client commitment.

Yes, if you move forward with comprehensive brand solutions over $7,000, the intensive investment credits toward your project total. This lets you experience working with us while getting professional insights that inform larger strategic decisions.
Do you provide brand guidelines with every project? +
Brand guidelines are included with complete rebrands and full brand packages. Brand refreshes focus on updating existing elements without comprehensive guideline development. While we conduct brand interviews for all projects to ensure quality work, brand refreshes do not include the full development of brand guidelines which are an extensive project on their own. Strategic intensives and coaching focus on clarity and direction rather than implementation assets.
How do you handle franchises and multi-location brands? +

Where are you located? +
LaTricia is currently based out of Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Travels in excess of one hour are subject to travel expenses being paid in addition to standard fees.
What are your travel policies? +
Travel expenses related to transit and lodging are to be covered by the client, including airfare, train fares, rental vehicles, or other transport methods. All travel expenses should be paid directly by the client in advance. Please inquire for our full travel policies including standards and safety requirements.
What are your payment terms? +
All work requires a 50% deposit to commence your project with the remaining balance paid prior to delivery of assets. For brand intensives, the deposit is required to reserve your time slot. Full payment is required prior to report delivery. Services cancelled within 2 weeks prior are refundable. However, we are not liable for any expenses related to cancelled travel and accommodations unless we are responsible for that cancellation.

Investment varies based on project scope, company complexity, and timeline requirements. Brand intensives use application-based pricing. We provide custom pricing after discovery to ensure alignment with your specific needs and budget reality.
